Microsoft Office Accounting Microsoft Office Logo- Plummer Parsons Certified accountant

Microsoft entered the accounting software market, with their new Office Accounting product. There were two versions,  Express and  Professional . The software shares the familiar look and feel of  other Microsoft Office system programs, and you can easily import data from other programs such as SageŠ or Microsoft Office Excel format.

There was not been much take up of the product in the UK  and as a result the products have been discontinued.

However, Plummer Parsons anticipate that a number of small businesses would have downloaded the software before it was discontinued, and therefore will still offer advice. We took the time to undergo training on the software, and Tony Collins from our Plummer Parsons Brighton office passed the Office Accounting Certification Exam, the first in the Brighton area to do so.

Support can be provided at your premises, at our offices in Brighton, Eastbourne or Hailsham, or simply by telephone or e-mail.

If you require assistance in setting up the software, or are already using it and require help in obtaining meaningful financial data from the program, please contact us.

Spreadsheets

At Plummer Parsons we have a number of staff members who use spreadsheets on a daily basis, and therefore we have considerable experience of spreadsheet packages, particularly all versions of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on organizing and reporting financial data.

We are happy to provide assistance with your spreadsheets, either on an ad-hoc basis, or can provide more formal training courses.
