Plummer Parsons are not the only Eastbourne accountants but our Eastbourne office can trace its history back to 1900 when Hugh Limebeer and  James Alexander Tinling commenced practise as Limebeer, Thomson & Tinling.  The firm changed its name many times over the first part of the 20th century, finally settling on Plummer Parsons in the 1960’s.
