Charities

The Plummer Parsons specialist charity team has over thirty years' experience of acting for charities and not for profit organisations. The majority of our charity team hold the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, demonstrating their expertise and understanding of the specialist needs of the charity sector.

Community Interest Companies (CICs)

Community Interest Companies (CICs) are limited companies, with special additional features, created for the use of people who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit, and not purely for private advantage.

Industrial and Provident Societies (IPS)

An Industrial and Provident Society is an incorporated body and therefore its members benefit from limited liability. An IPS is run by its members and there are several sets of model rules.
