...for 25 years service as an employee at Plummer Parsons. Steve has developed a career from starting as a trainee Accountant to become in charge of the firm's IT department.
Ian Killick, Senior Partner, congratulated Steve at the presentation and said 'Steve's initial thoughts were to become a trainee Accountant and he completed his AAT qualification.
Computers were not quite as complicated as they are now and they did interest him and his experience has grown as the Plummer Parsons system has expanded.
Steve has seen the development from 20 desktop machines at Plummer Parsons to an integrated thin client system covering three offices and 60 users'
Nick Brown , Partner in charge of IT, said, "Steve is a fantastic member of staff loved by all. He is the one who makes sure that Plummer Parsons have all the systems to enable them to provide excellent services to clients."

25 years is a great achievement especially when you have to deal with us technofobes!
