Educated at Lewes Grammar School and joined Plummer Parsons in 1963. He is a member the Taxation faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He specialises in personal and corporate tax matters and Trusts, Estates and financial planning. Outside of the firm Alastair is a keen follower of Brighton and Hove Albion.
