TAX TIPS – July 2011

At this time of the year many people are due to pay their second instalment of income tax for 2010/11, which is due by 31 July 2011 (HMRC can charge interest if they do not have cleared funds by that date).

In hardship cases where cashflow is difficult, the HMRC Business Payment Support service is available for spreading the tax payments, and this can also include PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax.
