“I started up a book export business in 1992 and signed up with Plummer Parsons Partnership on the basis of a recommendation; they took care of all aspects of registering the limited company I traded through. We specialized in sales to the Russian market which was very complicated, and I have been very satisfied at the service PPP gave over the years. In particular I have always been impressed by their attention to detail and efficiency, which frequently involved Nick Brown chasing me and my fellow directors for a form or Annual Return which he had sent and which we had not returned to him.
